Lacquering
The lacquering section is considered one of the most important departments of can manufacturing.TCI uses most advanced requirements at this stage; the sheets are coated in single or multi layers with different lacquers appropriate to the customer's order and type of desired product. The lacquered sheets are then dried in the drying oven at a controlled temperature.

Color proofing
In the lithography section of the company, all the work stages including the design control, lithography and pre-printing are performed in one step and accepts numbers and figures, and the designs and colors gain identity among these numbers and figures. In this unit, first the designs are controlled in terms of color, overprinting and overlapping during the creation of the computer file. Then after perfect confidence in the accuracy of the digital data in the file, a film in the true size of the design is prepared and duplicated on plate by a copier. After the plate has been prepared, sampling is done by the proof-press, which serves real sample for comparison in the main printing line. Printing
Metal decorating (offset) is one of the most important and valuable aspects in can manufacturing.During each phase of process, specialized operators regularly check the quality of the base coating and decoration, comparing it with the standards requested by the customer, as well as perfect centering of the image. After passing through the oven, the lithographed sheets are coated with an over-print-varnish to safeguard the decoration from any damage.
Production
after finishing the printing process, the sheets are moved on pallets to the lid and can production lines.
